It’s really impossible to sought protection from DND. They are constitutionally strapped with the” chain of command clause given that orders emanate from Commander in Chief, then the DND even though the recommendations were coming from the Generals where military power is lodged. Re. Gadian’s testimony about graft and corruption in AFP, can she use documents stamped with “secret” and “restricted confidential” as evidence in the court?
